Fixed price repair for vented dryer

Fixed price repairs are carried out by Electrolux technicians who are experts in appliance repairs, from washing machines to hobs and hoods. A fixed price repair fee is provided when you report your issue and applies from booking until repairs are completed, quickly and professionally. This upfront fee removes any surprise costs or hidden extras, for transparent, worry-free repairs.

Fixed Price Repairs cover labour, transport, and any parts used during the repair. You receive maximum repair coverage valued at up to twice the amount of repairs without paying for any extras, while minimising the risk of hidden costs and extra parts used during repair experience.

We will advise you if is not feasible to repair the appliance, or it is deemed to be beyond economic sense to do so. Our agents may offer you the opportunity to purchase a new appliance by placing an order directly with our Contact Centre who will offer you the best available promotions at the time of a re-purchase.

Fixed price repairs come with a 30-days warranty on genuine Electrolux spare parts from the date on which the appliance is repaired.

Only genuine Electrolux spare parts are used in our repairs. These parts conform to Electrolux design specifications.

Issues not covered within Fixed Price Repairs include consumables, wear and tear on parts, and external cosmetic defects to colour, materials, or finishes. Consumables include but are not limited to built-in batteries, bulbs, rubber gaskets, and filters.
